Our Farm Hug project recently distributed fresh fish both Nile tilapia and red tilapia raised and harvested directly from our own farm. The activity was led by Mr. Thong Methakul Suwanabut, Managing Director of companies under the S-Miles Group, who personally handed the freshly caught fish to all production staff across the group. Everyone was all smiles, delighted to receive the fresh tilapia to cook and enjoy with their families truly a joyful moment for both givers and receivers.
The Community Pantry is part of the S.Miles Farm Hug initiative, which was inspired by the royal project of King Rama IX on Khok Nong Na the New Theory Agriculture based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. The project aims to expand green spaces in nearby industrial areas while fostering sustainability, employee participation, and community engagement. It also serves as a learning center for sustainable agriculture, resource management, and sharing within the organization and the local community.
At S.Miles Farm Hug, we focus on producing 100% natural, chemical-free ingredients, maintaining ecological balance and environmental sustainability. The harvests are shared through the Community Pantry project, which acts as a hub for distributing safe, high-quality produce to employees and people in the surrounding community.
Stay tuned to S.Miles Farm Hug to see what well be giving away or what exciting activities well organize next!
